The present petition under Section 2B read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers: "a) Direct the respondents to purge the contempt by complying with all the directions issued to L&DO and to NDMC, vide Judgment dated 27.08.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 2428/2015 titled as "Tek Chand Narula & Others Vs Union of India & Others' as also vide orders dated 18.09.2020 passed in C.M. No. 22654/2020, in WP (C) No. 2428/2015;

for such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and all such conditions which may be imposed on the petitioners with regard to deposit of money for their civil imprisonment; c) Kindly attach the properties of the respondents/contemnors jointly or severally for committing contempt of Judgment dated 27.08.2019 of this Hon'ble Court.

Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted in favour of the petitioners and as against the respondents." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
