On 18.02.2026, this Court directed the respondent to calculate the amount to be paid by the petitioner for conversion. 3.

Mr. Pant, learned standing counsel for DDA states that the respondent is in the process and shall be the needful within 2 weeks from today. 4.

In case the petitioner is dissatisfied with the calculation, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 5.
