By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.163/2025 dated 25.04.2025 registered at PS.:

Saket under Sections 221/132/109(1)/345/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25/28 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same afresh before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
