This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 171/2022 dated 24.11.2022 under Sections 406/420/468/471/120B registered at PS: Economic Offences Wing. 2.

At the outset, learned APP takes an objection to the petition on the ground that the co-accused has not been impleaded as either the Petitioner or the Respondent while the prayer in the petition is for quashing of FIR. 3.

At this stage, in view of the objection taken by the State, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Petition along with pending application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
