The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the niece of the petitioner Ms. Tuba.

Pursuant to our order dated 25.02.2026, Ms. Tuba, the missing girl, has appeared before us in person today. 3.

We have interacted with her in chamber.
