By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ of certiorari and/ or prohibition restraining the respondents from registering the complaint dated 02.11.2025 filed by the respondent no.5 as an FIR or investigating into the same, amongst other ancillary reliefs. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that since there is nothing surviving in the present petition, he seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
