Sunanda Nimisha, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present appeal provided that the respondents No. 1 to 4/claimants also withdraw any cross-appeal, if any, filed by them. 4.

Mr. Amit Singh, learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 4/claimants is also present on advance notice through video conferencing and he submits that the claimants have not filed any cross-appeal.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
