This is a petition u/s 29-A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time by three months w.e.f. 01.03.2024 for pronouncement of Award.

Mr. Avnish Singh, learned counsel for the respondent appears and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

In this view of the matter, the petition is allowed and the time for concluding arbitration proceedings and making and publishing the award is extended by 3 months w.e.f. 01.03.2024.
