Issue notice. Learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petition is taken up for disposal with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.

This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a contract dated 19.05.2014. The learned Arbitral Tribunal was constituted vide an order of this Court dated 02.08.2021 ARB. P. 412/2020. Consent of learned counsel for the respondents for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is recorded in its order dated 15.12.2023. Learned counsel for the respondents confirms that the respondents have no objection to the petition being allowed. 4.

I am informed by learned counsel for the parties that the proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months, with effect from 14.01.2024.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid.
