By virtue of the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- <a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction; b) Direct the Respondent No.3 through its consulate office to ensure the physical/personal appearance of the Respondent No.1 before the court of the ld. Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Mt. Case No.1 05/2024; c) Direct the Respondent No.3 to take appropriate and necessary steps to prevent the Respondent No.1 from leaving the territory of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in order to ensure his physical presence in the proceedings before the ld. Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Mt. Case No. 105/2024;

d) Direct the Respondent No.3 through its consulate office to take appropriate steps for the attachment of the bank account of Respondent No.1 with ANZ Bank, Melbourne, Australia having account No. 1527-10116 for the enforcement of the ad-interim order dt. 09.05.2025 and interim order dt. 29.01.2026 passed by the ld. Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Mt. Case No.1 05/2024;
e) Pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.= 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 appearing on advance service submits that the parties herein are embroiled in the following proceedings pending inter se themselves:- I.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. In fact, in view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
