A Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petition seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator by another three months. 2.

It is submitted that pursuant to Notice of Invocation of arbitration dated 18.01.2022 the learned Sole Arbitrator was appointed. The parties consented to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator from 16.08.2022 till 15.02.2024. It is submitted that the arguments have already been concluded and the pronouncement of Award has been reserved. prayer is made that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator may be extended for another three months w.e.f 15.02.2024.

The respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate. 4.
