% 24.05.2018 There are two Appellants in this appeal i.e. Jogi Ram (Appellant No.1) and Baljeet Singh (Appellant No.2). The learned APP on the instructions of SI Ramesh of Police Station ('PS') Sultan Puri, informed the Court that both Jogi Ram and Baljeet Singh have expired. In that view of the matter the appeal is disposed of as having abated.
