% 14.01.2019 This is second bail application filed by the petitioner. Earlier application was taken up on 14.12.2018 when petitioner's counsel withdrew the application after advancing some arguments. Prosecutrix, who is minor, has made a categorical statement that petitioner took her with him after enticing her and forcibly raped her twice.

Keeping in mind the serious allegations of the offence, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail. Bail application is dismissed.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
