Mr Siddiqui, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that without going into the merits whether this Court will have jurisdiction to entertain and try the execution petition, makes a prayer that the petition may be transferred to the learned Trial Court for enforcement. 2.

Mr Hooda, learned senior counsel for the judgment-debtor has no objection to the same.

On the request of the learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder, the present petition is transferred to District Judge (New Delhi) who will assign the matter to the competent court.

List the matter before the District Judge (New Delhi) on 10.05.2024 at 02:00 p.m.
