O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 FIR No. 79/2012 was initially registered under Sections 323/341/34 IPC at Police Station Geeta Colony on the complaint of respondent no. 2. Subsequently, after completion of investigation, charge-sheet was filed under Sections 324/341/34 IPC.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 31st May, 2017; therefore, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yashpal

Singh of Police Station Geeta Colony. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has now settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 79/2012 under Sections 324/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Geeta Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
