The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 for setting aside the Order dated 12.11.2025 in case bearing No. M. CRL. 32/2025 titled Gurpreet v. Rekha Chawla passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North Rohini Courts, Delhi, whereby the application under Section 379 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, filed by the appellant was dismissed.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the matter is still pending before the learned Family Court, he, therefore, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to raise all issues and make his submissions before the learned Family Court.
