O R D E R

% 25.01.2017 The petitioner complains that he has been removed from the site near Shop no.137(Silver Corner), Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi while the other similarly placed persons have been allowed to vend. Time was granted to the respondent to seek instructions in the matter. Mr. Harsha, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner was removed from the site in question as there was not enough place for pedestrians to walk. He submits that the NDMC would remove the benches which have been placed on the pavement within one week from today and thereafter permit the petitioner to vend at the site in question. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of binding the respondent to the statement made in Court.

CM.APPL 2220/2017 also stands disposed of.
