Learned counsel for the parties state that the inter-se disputes have been settled under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

The terms of the settlement have been reduced into writing vide a Settlement Agreement dated 17.04.2026. The terms of the settlement are enumerated in para (i) to (xvii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.11.2025. 3.

All compliances are stated to be complete.

4.

The said Settlement Agreement alongwith all its annexures appended thereto is taken on record.

5.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para (i) to (xvii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.11.2025.

7.

The prayer for refund of Court Fees to the plaintiff is allowed to the extent as permissible under Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 upon completion of all the formalities by the plaintiff, as per rules. 8.

The suit is decreed and disposed of alongwith all the pending applications.
