By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 27.10.2025, passed by the learned JMFC (Mahila Court) in Ct Cases No.22637/2025 entitled 8Movluda Imamalieya & Anr. vs. Arjun Prasad &Ors.9 2.

After some arguments, as also in the wake of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 19664/2025 entitled 8Ajit Prasad vs. Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi & Ors.9, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate steps, if, as and when required in accordance with law.
