% 15.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to process the benefit of pay protection in favour of the petitioner in respect of his service period with the respondent No. 2 from 15.03.2017 till 04.12.2018, on the basis of the last pay drawn by the petitioner from his erstwhile employer.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2 has produced order dated 12.04.2019, pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019, whereby stated as under:

"Consequent upon approval by CoM the revised basic pay of Shri Sanjay Mathur, Ex-GM (F&A) is fixed at ₹. 51,610/- in the pay scale of ₹. 43,200-66,000/- w.e.f. 15.03.2017.

Shri Sanjay Mathur, Ex- GM (F&A) was relieved from the services of PEC Ltd. w.e.f. 04.12.2018 AN.

CM (A&E) may kindly make the arrears accordingly." Counsel for respondent No. 2 further submits that arrears shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner within two weeks from today. In view of order dated 12.04.2019 and the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent No. 2, the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondent No. 2, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
