The petitioner has directly approached this Court without availing the remedy under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003. 2.

Let the petitioner to approach the said authority within two weeks. If the petitioner does so, the complaint shall be decided in accordance with law. The Court takes note of the order dated 15.02.2024, whereby, respondent No.1 was restrained from disconnecting/disrupting the electricity supply at the premises of the petitioner.

Until the petitioner's complaint is decided by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, the order dated 15.02.2024 shall remain in force.
