Mr. Siddharth Pandey accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply. 4.

The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 04.08.2017. The Arbitral Tribunal extended the time frame beyond the statutory the period of 12 months by another period of six months on 01.08.2018. The period of six months is coming to an end on 02.02.2019. 5.

I am informed by counsel for the petitioner that the matter is at the stage of arguments.

It is in these circumstances that the counsel for the petitioner seeks O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 15/2019

extension of time. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend time by another six months commencing from 03.02.2019.

6.1 It is ordered accordingly.
