The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 677/2025 of PS Bhalswa Dairy for offence under Section 21/29 NDPS Act. 2.

It appears that the accused/applicant filed anticipatory bail application before the learned trial court, in which he was granted interim protection subject to joining investigation, but since he did not join investigation, his application for extension of interim protection was dismissed on 09.01.2026 and thereafter, without getting decided his anticipatory bail application, the accused/applicant filed the present application in this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to press his anticipatory bail application pending before the trial court.
