145/2023 U/s 364A/397/307/34 IPC PS Jamia Nagar which is pending before Ld. Court of Sh. Vipin Kharab, ASJ, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi as SC No. 11451/2023 titled as "State Vs. Junaid &Anr."

b. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents, in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the contentions taken herein during the course of the trial.
