The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0812/2016 under Sections 452/354(B)/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Begumpur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. The said FIR was lodged at the instance of respondent no.2. 2.
The petitioners are present in Court and have been identified by their counsel. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer (IO).

The petitioners state that they have resolved all their differences and disputes with respondent no.2 and have no grievances against each other. 4.
Respondent no.2 also states that she does not wish to pursue the FIR in question and joins the petitioners in praying that the said FIR be quashed. 5.
In addition to the above, the parties state that petitioner no.1 had also filed another FIR against respondent no.2 and one Devender Singh Rathore.
The parties state that the disputes relating to this FIR have also been resolved.

In view of the statement made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, the FIR in question (FIR No. 0812/2016 under Sections 452/354(B)/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Begumpur) and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 8.
The parties shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded herein.
