Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, learned Counsel for the ED points out an apparent mistake in the Order dated 05.03.2024. He states that notice had been issued in the matter on 16.02.2024, and therefore, second issuance of notice on 05.03.2024 is not in accordance with the procedure. The Order dated 05.03.2024 stands corrected accordingly. 2.
Paragraph 4, 5 and 6 of the Order dated 05.03.2024 is modified and the same will now read as under:- "4. It is stated that in view of the categorical findings by the Apex Court in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary and Others v. Union of India and Others., (2022) SCC Online 929, which still holds the field, the Provisional Attachment Order cannot survive.
5. Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks some time to file the reply. Let reply be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
