Issue a Writ, order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Principal Bench, Armed Force Tribunal to expedite the proceedings of Petitioner in OA No. 858 of 2019 bearing titled "798337-R EX- SGT R C SINGH Vs UNION OF INDIA & OTHERS and make an endeavor to complete the same within six ( 6) months and entertain the aforesaid pending proceedings on day to day basis; or b. Pass such other or further orders, as this Hon 'ble Court may deem tit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience. 2.

The petitioner who appears in person states, he shall withdraw the petition as the date of hearing before the Tribunal is April 18, 2024.
