The petitioners are minor children suffering from rare genetic disorders. petitioners in view of their condition. It is pointed out that the said obligation clearly flows from the statements/undertakings recorded in the judgments/orders dated 16.04.2019 in W.P.(C) 11866/2016, 26.05.2022 in W.P.(C) 8355/2022 and 15.04.2019 in W.P.(C) 1493/2016. 2.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that of late, the ESIC has been remiss in providing the requisite treatment and administering the concerned drugs to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for ESIC fairly submits that ESIC shall continue to provide the requisite treatment. It is emphasized that treatment has been afforded to the petitioner for the last ten years. It is conceded that of late, there have been certain procurement issues. However, it is assured that the said issues are in the process of being resolved and it shall be ensured that the requisite treatment is provided to the petitioners on an ongoing basis.

Given the fair stand taken by the respondent, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petitions. 5.

Consequently, taking on record the aforesaid statement, the present petitions are disposed of. Let the treatment of the petitioners commence expeditiously.
