The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 25B of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, assailing the impugned order dated 07th January, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in RC ARC No. 236/2024, whereby the opportunity of the petitioners to file the rejoinder was closed. 4.

Respondent no. 1 appears in person on advance notice, and submits that he has no objection if the rejoinder is taken on record, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall not seek any adjournment either for filing the rejoinder or for advancing the arguments before the learned Trial Court. 5.
