The present writ petition has been filed inter alia seeking adjudication of the grievance raised by the petitioner through the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum ('CGRF').

Mr. Anupam Varma, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3/BSES Rajdhani Power Limited ('BRPL') submits that the appropriate remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the CGRF. 2.1 Mr. Varma further submits that the petitioner has not approached the CGRF in the prescribed format and that is why, CGRF has not taken cognizance of the petitioner's complaint.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while giving liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint to the CGRF-BRPL in respect of the petitioner's grievance.
