1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the proof of her residence in Ireland having been filed by the respondent, the appellant will, instead of pressing the present appeal, approach the learned Family Court for seeking expeditious disposal of the HMA No.3083/2018 preferred by him, which he submits is pending for the last many years.

2. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed making it clear that in case, the appellant moves an application before the learned Family Court for expeditious disposal of HMA No.3083/2018, the learned Family Court will consider the same as per law.
