The present Appeal, under Section 19(1)(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been preferred by the Appellant challenging the Order dated 23.11.2024 passed by learned Judge, Family Court-02, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Guardianship Petition No.38/2024.

Learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, submits that since a settlement has been arrived at between the parties with the help of a learned Mediator, she seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal. 3.
