Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to take action to stop the alleged illegal and unauthorised construction being carried out by one Shri Salimuddin and his associates on a plot measuring 100 sq. yds. on property No.R-199, Gali No.9 & 10, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-91. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner who is in possession of the remaining 100 sq. yards plot of the aforesaid property, had made various complaints not only to the respondent but also to the Monitoring Committee, which have remained unanswered. She states, on instructions that, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon in a time bound manner.

Mr.Sushil Rajan, learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, does not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2018 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks. A copy of the said order dealing with the petitioner's representation will be furnished to the petitioner as also to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Needless to say that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it will be open for him to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
