At the outset, learned counsel for the Decree Holder seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition on the ground that the award dated 23.04.2020 has already been stayed by the learned Additional District Judge, Chandigarh vide order passed in Arb. P. 483/2020 dated 06.10.2020 and further seeks liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the objection petition stands disposed of.

In view of the above, leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
