By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.461/2024 dated 02.11.2024 registered at PS.: Ashok Vihar, Delhi under Section 109(1)/118(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

At the outset, learned APP for the State submits that since the application seeking grant of regular bail has been considered and dismissed by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 18.02.2026, the present application, being without any fresh grounds/ circumstances is liable to be dismissed.

regular bail application of the applicant herein was dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 18.02.2026 as also since there is no change of circumstances and/ or fresh grounds raised between the last dismissal and the present application, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.

Accordingly, the present bail application alongwith the pending application is dismissed.
