O R D E R

% 16.01.2019 Vide the present petition petitioner seeks direction as under:

1. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing Respondent No.3Jawaharlal Nehru University to fix the petitioners pay/emoluments/allowances on re-employment in accordance with the DoPT Office memorandum No. 3/19/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 5.4.2010 and the clarification letter No. F.71-62012 (CU), dated 3.4.2013, issued by Respondent nO.2- University Grants Commission;

2. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the

nature of the mandamus under Article of the Constitution of India to forthwith quantify the arrears payable to each of the petitioners calculated in accordance with the clarification letter No. F. 71-6(2012 (CU), dated 3.4.2013 issued by the 2nd Respondent from the date of their re-employment and disburse the amounts forthwith with interest.

Issue notice.

Counsel for the respondents accepts notice.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to sit together and take decision on the representations dated 17.06.2016, 5.5.2017, 15.02.2018 and 18.12.2018 made by the petitioners within two months from the receipt of this order.
