The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent, to release the petitioner on Furlough of 03 weeks on personal bond in the interest of justice.
b) Call for status report c) Pass any other order or orders, which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the condition of the order dated 29.08.2023 granting furlough has been modified and petitioner has been released on furlough on his furnishing a personal bond with one surety on 29.02.2024.
