Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for directing Respondent no. 2 to 3 to protect the marital life of the petitioners and further direct respondent no. 4 to 7 to not to harass and interfere in the married life of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 to 7 submits that the respondents no. 4 to 7 have no objection since the petitioners are major and have already exercised the discretion of marriage in accordance with law. It is further submitted that as per instructions, respondents no. 4 to 7 shall not interfere in personal affairs of the petitioners.

Petitioner no. 1 Smt. Smily Kaur, who is present in the Court alongwith petitioner no. 2, submits that she is happily staying with petitioner no. 2 and W.P.(CRL) 548/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petition can be disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents no. 4 to 7.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for Respondent no. 4 to 7, the petition is accordingly disposed of with the directions to the SHO/IO PS concerned to ensure that the necessary steps are taken to ensure the safety and security of petitioners and to look into the concerns of the petitioners in case any such eventuality arises.

Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
