By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks following prayers :- "(a) Allow the present writ petition;
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to initiate actions on the complaint of the Petitioner and to provide protection to the Petitioner from dire consequences;
(c) Issue directions to the Bar Council of India to cancel the license to practise of Mr. Ram Singh Chaudhary till the final disposal of the present writ petition;

Insofar as, prayer (a) and (b) are concerned, Mr. Amol Singh, learned ASC for the State submits that mobile number of Beat Officer as well as SHO of P.S. Vasant Kunj South has been provided to the petitioner. He further submits that in case any complaint is received from the petitioner, the same would be looked into in accordance with law. 4.
Insofar as, prayer (c) is concerned, petitioner, who is present in Court, states that she would seek remedy in accordance with law. 5.
In view of the above, petition is disposed of alongwith miscellaneous application.
