Pursuant to order dated 12.03.2024, Manoj and Manjeet who were allegedly beaten up in the Court of Ms. Kratika Chaturvedi, MM-04, S/W Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, are present in person. They both submit that they are in position to identify Sunny Sehrawat only and cannot identify others as they could not see their faces and their names. 2.
The other alleged contemnors are present in Court but they both are unable to identify them.

In view of above, we are concerned with respondent No. 1 only. Respondent/contemnor Sunny Sehrawat, is an advocate by profession and submits that since his elder brother was beaten up very badly, FIR No. 635/2021was registered at PS Dwarka, South for the offences punishable CONT.CAS.(CRL) 3/2023 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. under Sections 325/341/506/34 IPC. That day, the accused in that case i.e. Manish and Manjeet were present in Court and he could not control himself and on account of personal sentiments, some hot words were exchanged and in the heat of passion, he slapped Manish and Manjeet in the Court. 4.
He further submits that he is first generation lawyer and the alleged incident has taught him a lesson. His seniors and colleagues have also counselled him and he seeks unconditional apology while assuring that he would not indulge in such action in future. He seems very repentive and remorseful for his action and prays that his apology be accepted. 5.
Mr. Manjeet and Manish also submit that the cases between them in FIR No. 635/2021 mentioned above have already been compounded before the Mediator and they also do not want any action against Respondent No. 1, who is their distant relative.

Keeping in view, the fact that contemnor is a young advocate and has tendered unconditional apology, we hereby, accept such apology and discharge him from the present proceedings.

This case is accordingly disposed of.
