By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No. 267/2023 dated 04.09.2023, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi.

Mr. Praveen Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that in view of the trial being at an advanced stage, the present bail application is not being pressed at this juncture. He, however, seeks liberty to approach the appropriate Court in the event of any further inordinate delay in the proceedings.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
