1. The present petition has been filed on the note of the learned Registrar General of this Court dated 10.02.2025.

2. The suit bearing CS No.368/2023 titled Madhu Agarwal vs. Sushil Kumar Jindal was filed at New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts. However, while the said suit was pending, an application under Order VII R-10 CPC was filed. Upon this application, the learned DJ-02, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, allowed the request of the plaintiff for transferring the matter to Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Pursuant to the same, the learned District Judge has placed the matter before this Court in view of the order dated 31.01.2025.

3. In view of the above, the matter is withdrawn from New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts and is assigned to Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

4. The Court of learned DJ-02, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts is directed to send the complete record to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Central District shall assign the matter to the Court of competent jurisdiction.

5. Copy of the order be sent to learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District and Central District for necessary compliance.
