The petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition alleging that her husband has been wrongly confined in a de-addiction centre (Nasha Mukti Kendra) situated at Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. According to the petitioner, her father-in-law (father of her husband) has admitted her husband to the deaddiction centre to overcome the alleged addiction to alcohol and smoking, for the sole purpose of removing him from her company. 2.

The status report file has been taken on record. The report confirms that the petitioner's husband was admitted to the de-addiction centre by his father. The husband of the petitioner is also produced in Court. 3.

On a query of this Court from the husband of the petitioner, whether he wants to remain admitted at the de-addiction centre; he responds in the negative and expressed his desire to go back with the petitioner. The petitioner's husband cannot be confined to the de-addiction centre against his wishes.

In view of the above, petitioner's husband, present in Court, is at liberty to go with the petitioner. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of. 6.
