CRL.M.C. 150/2019 By way of this petition, direction is sought to the trial court to pass order as regards summoning of petitioner. According to petitioners' counsel, the case has been kept for orders on four or five occasions but no orders on summoning have been passed by the trial court. It is pointed out that the hearing had concluded on 25th May, 2018 and now the matter is coming up before the trial court for orders on summoning on 29th February, 2019.

Without going into the details of aforesaid aspect, this petition is disposed of while calling upon trial court to ensure that orders on summoning are passed on the date already fixed. Dasti.
