The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State at the outset submits that nine witnesses are remaining to be examined. He submits that the examination of the remaining witnesses will be over in the next two to four months. 2.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh, in case the trial is prolonged after the period of four months.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
