After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the charge sheet has already been filed before the Trial Court, he may be given the liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
