These are application/s seeking amendment of the writ petition/s. By way of these applications, the petitioners seek to remove certain prayers and make corresponding amendments in the pleadings and the grounds. 2.
Considering the averments made in the application/s and also considering that notices are yet to be issued in the present writ petitions, the application/s are allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draw the attention of the Court to an order dated 09.01.2025 passed in the context of other similarly situated writ petitioners in W.P.(C)138/2025 and connected matters. The petitioners request that the present petitions be also disposed of in terms of the directions passed in the said writ petition. The said suggestion is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. 6.
Consequently, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the directions contained in the aforesaid order dated 09.01.2025 in W.P.(C)138/2025.

no.1] within a period of one week from today whereupon the DGFT shall examine the objections raised by the petitioners in the present petitions and issue fresh orders/direction within a period of two weeks thereafter.
