Mr. Nagar, learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that without prejudice to her contentions on the averments made in the petition, respondent No.2 has no objection if the FIR is quashed as the marriage between the parties has already been dissolved vide decree of divorce in the year 2018, and considering that they have been living separately since then.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of alongwith pending application.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
