This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the respondentsto take action against theunauthorized commercial activities "Arora Pastry Palace Get the real Taste" is being carried out near Dwarka Mor Metro Station, Main Najafgarh Road, New Delhi and "Manoram South Indian" from Vipin Garden, Main Market, Som Bazar Road, Near Pillar No. 798, Dwarka Mor, New Delhi-110059 and just adjacent to the said shop "Arora Food Station" and opposite to the Manoram and Arora food station "Arora Cake Art". "

Bakhru, learned counsel for Respondent No.1/MCD, on instructions, states that all the four establishments in question in the present writ petition are on a commercial street and operating under a valid trade license.
