The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 144/2021 under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, registered at P.S.Mayur Vihar PH-1.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application seeking prayer for expeditious trial. 3.

It is pointed out that out of 18 prosecution witnesses, 16 witnesses have been examined.

Leave granted.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
